Here we have collected some of the most frequently asked questions that you may ask about and answers to these.

1. Do you have open purchase policy?

We offer 30 days of open purchase policy (instead of the custom 14 days) from the day you picked up your package. Read more in the section: Terms / Delivery.

 

2. How long is the delivery time?

Our normal delivery time is 2-6 work. All crystal designs that you place order for in the online store are available in our stock and for immediate shipment to you as a customer. We reserve us for fast final sales as we have limited editions of our designs.

3. How to clean the crystal design in the best way?

4. What is K9/K5?

K5 or MC: Usually a bit more coarsely made crystal that reflects the light less well.

K9 or brilliant: Finer crystal that breaks the light very well.

Lighting, candelabras and smaller interior decor products are made in K9-crystal and some elements (arms) for candelabras are made in more convenient MC-crystal (K5)

 

5. How can I make a reclaim?

If a product is incorrect or wrongly expedited, always contact our Customer service first so we can correct the mistake. In case of incorrect products, you will always get a new product free of charge and Crystalline Sweden will stand the shipping costs. Read more in the section: Reclaim

 

6. How do I shop?

SELECTION OF PRODUCT - Start by choosing the item and number of items you want to buy. Add your product to the shopping bag by clicking "Add to shopping bag/Buy". When the item is added to the shopping bag, the number changes right next to the product in the shopping bag. You can continue shopping by adding more items to the shopping bag.

TO THE CHECKOUT - Press the "Checkout" button when you are satisfied with your selection and have filled your shopping bag with the right products. The button is located in the top right corner of the page. In the checkout you can see what products you have selected and what they cost. If you want to change the number, you can do this with the + or - buttons. You can also remove items by tapping the X-button on the line for the item.

CHECK - Make sure everything is correct in your order. Fill in your personal information. Simply do it by entering your social security number and pressing "retrieve address". This will automatically retrieve your posting address if you for example have an account at Klarna. (Have you been shopping with Klarna before, your data is saved with them and faster to get). Before you click "Continue" you need to read and accept Klarnas, Paysons, Paypal's and our terms of purchase. These terms are found just below this button. (If you odering as a business, select this option in the checkout and fill in your company details).

COMPLETE PURCHASE - Complete your order by clicking "Continue". By pressing the button you hereby agree to our and Klarnas/Payson/Paypal's terms of purchase. Invoice is automatically selected, but you can easily switch to different payment options in the next step. For example, if you prefer to split your payment, pay via internet bank or by card. When the purchase is completed, a receipt page will be displayed. At the same time, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your e-mail adress. Once we have sent your order, you will receive access to your tracking number/shipping info by email and also a confirmation that your package is on its way!

 

7. What is Klarna Direct and how does the service work?

You can now pay directly by confirming with your Mobile BankID. The money is automatically deducted from the bank account that you have connected to the Klarna account. The money is then deducted 1-2 work days after your package has been shipped.

At klarna.se you can view all your invoices, download them as PDF, pay the invoice with just one click, choose to part pay or free of charge extend your payment time by 10 days. Read more in the section: Payment options.
