Delivery terms

Generally

You order through our online store: www.crystalline.se. If you need any help with ordering please call or email us for service on the matter.

We use DHL ServicePoint (in some cases PostNord) DHL Parcel connect/DHL Euroconnect plus (depending on country) to transport your goods to the nearest delivery point. If you want to know where your package is during transport, please visit DHL's website and enter your shipping number (tracking number). You can find your shipping number on your order confirmation.

We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company. Please note that you must provide valid identification to collect your package. To shop at Crystalline Sweden, you must have reached the age of 18 years.

By submitting your order you hereby agree that your name and personal information are registered in our customer database. For your safety, we will never pass on your personal information. (please see: personal information & privacy here below). We reserve us for end sales in the online store as we have a limited production volume depending on the selected crystal design. However, the crystal designs you place approved orders for in the online store are always available in stock and ready for immediate delivery.

Safe & Easy

If an accident still would occur, we'll be there! Damage notification is made directly to us and the shipping company within 7 days from the receivement of the crystal goods. Please notify us and we will arrange with your order and eventual replacement items as soon as possible.

Delivery time

Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2-4 workdays/2-6 workdays within Europe after ordering. If any deviant delays of the shipment would occur, Crystalline Sweden will contact you.

Freight fees - Sweden

We apply a unit fee of 69/89/99/395 SEK incl. VAT depending on the selected design. Free freight for all purchases over 2000 SEK.

Not collected packages

Your package will be collectable for 14 days at DHL's Service Point/Home Delivery and then it will be automatically returned to Crystalline Sweden. If you don't collect your package and this will arrive to us without a valid return number (unauthorized return) we will charge you 150 SEK including VAT/package for extra charges.

Damaged packages

We take responsibility for the transport risk of the goods shipped from our warehouse. If your package is damaged, you should immediately make a damage report to us and to DHL/the service point. Phone number to DHL, Sweden: 0771-345 345. We advise you as a customer not to collect damaged packages, as this later on can't be referred to as transport damage. If you don't notice the damage before the package is opened and the damage is related to DHL's shipment, please contact our Customer Service/DHL immediately and report the damage within 7 days of receivement. Notification of missing goods is also made to DHL.

Return policy/Reclaim

Generally
  • If you wish to return/exchange a crystal product, always contact our Customer Service first. We are there to assist you with the return freight. You will receive a return number and a return label for freight.
  • To use the return policy/open purchase policy - You stand the shipping freight fee. NOTE - No double freight fees! If a shipping fee has already expired, we are responsible for your return shipping. We will always assist you with the return freight/return label and you only pay a smaller shipping fee for other returns.
  • The crystal product should always be shipped in the custom made packaging/safety packaging it arrives in. It is your responsibility that the product and gift packaging/outer packaging comes in a undamaged condition to us.
  • For all approved claims and guarantee errands, Crystalline Sweden stands for the extra charges including return shipping.
Return Policy

As a customer at Crystalline Sweden you always have 30 days of open purchase/return policy/return right (instead of the custom 14 days). You can therefore, return the crystal product within 30 days from receiving the (collected) product and be refunded with the amount.

In order for us to approve the return, both the crystal product/gift packaging/eventual outer packaging must be in an unchanged condition, that is not to been used, but the product can of course been unpacked and carefully checked. The crystal product is then to be returned in the original packaging/gift box and it is important that the product and the packaging arrives to us in a nice/undamaged condition. You as a customer stands the shipping costs/transport risk associated with this type of returns. We reserve us the right to make a deduction for damaged gift packaging/customized product packaging.

Does it cost anything to make a return?

Yes, if you havn't been charged for the shipping fee in your purchase there is a smaller return shipping fee (of total shipping cost - see freight charges depending on shipment/country) when you choose to make a return. (59/89/99/395 SEK) NOTE! Only one shipping fee will be charged to you as a customer if you choose to undo your purchase. Please see our return fees here above depending on your country.

Refund

The return is not approved until we have checked the crystal product. After approved return, we will refund you the money the same way as payment has been made. Refunds will be made within 14 days from Crystalline Sweden has received the return and found that you have the right to undo your purchase. (We will always contact/notify you regarding the return until it it´s completed and usually the refund takes only 1-2 work days). In case of unauthorized return or a crystal good arriving to our warehouse without a valid return number, the goods will return to sender and an extra shipping fee will be charged.

Reclaim

If a crystal product is incorrect or incorrectly expedited, always contact our Customer Service so we can correct the mistake. A new crystal product are sent to you free of charge and Crystalline Sweden stands the shipping costs. (Not valid if wear, careless handling or accidental damage of product - Please see the detailed care instructions for each product)

Cancellation

If your order already has been expedited, it is no longer possible to cancel the product/products, and you as a customer are therefore required to receive your order. If you then regret your purchase, the terms and conditions for return policy/return management are valid. The cancellation is valid when you receive a confirmation regarding this from Crystalline Sweden.

Guarantee

When you shop at Crystalline Sweden, you always get 1 year guarantee regarding manufacturing and material defects on lighting, candelabras and decor products you have purchased from us. However, the guarantee does not cover wear, careless handling or accidental damage of product. (Please see the detailed care instructions for each product) Save your receipt, it is your guarantee certificate! Payment options - Sweden

Through our partner Klarna, we offer all the popular payments methods. In our online store you can for example choose to pay with card, internet bank, Mobile BankID, invoice, business invoice and part payments.

Klarna Checkout

After identification and risk estimation Klarna Checkout will show you the payment methods available to you. Regardless of what payment method you choose, Klarna is the one handling your payment transmission while the purchase of the good or service it self is directly made by the store. Product- or service questions is therefor to be directed directly to our online store.

Current payment options that you could be offered through Klarna Checkout is; invoice (private or business), account credit, card payment, direct payment through internet bank, and Mobile BankID.  The invoice option is preselected as a payment method in the checkout. Klarna Invoice

When you pay through Klarna invoice you will shop safe and easily. You never have to leave out your card information, and you always pay after receiving your goods.

If a payment is not made, a fee of 50,00 SEK will be added, and an additional deleyment fee for 26,00%. At the purchase a credit check is made that in some cases mean that a credit report have been done. Then you will receive a copy of the credit report by mail. Personal information is handled according to current legislation. Klarna is handling personal information with the only purpose to be able to preform customer analysis, identification, credit check, and marketing. Personal code number is used as a customer number for customer handling purposes.

Klarna Account-Part payment

The payment method for you who want to choose how much you want to pay each month. Klarna account is more than that. Except that you always get your ordered goods home before you pay, you will also be able to collect all your purchases on one account This applies even if you have been shopping in different online stores with your Klarna account. That means one invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.

At a purchase for 10 000 SEK with Klarna Konto basic terms, the arrangement fee is 0 SEK. The current interest rate is 19,90 % which gives an effective interest rate of 29,22%. The credit amount is 11 458 SEK. The number of part payments is 12 pcs and each part payment is 955 SEK. This example is valid if the payment is made during one years time.

During a purchase a credit check is made that in some cases mean that a credit report have been done. Then you will receive a copy of the credit report by mail.

Card payment/Certitrade 

You pay with your Visa or Mastercard trough Certitrade/Euroline 100% safety. All information is encrypted with SSL - 128 bit. The money is then reserved on your bank account and is normally deducted within 24 hours after you have placed your order. All transmissions is made with the new safety standard 3D-Secure.

Klarna Direct

You can now pay directly by confirm your purchase with your Mobile BankID. The money is then automatically deducted from that bank account you have connected on Klarnas homepage. The money will be deducted 1-2 workdays after your package has been sent.

At klarna.se you can see all ýour invoices, download them in PDF-file, pay your invoice with just a click, choose to partly pay or free of charge extend the payment time with 10 days.

Main prices are in Swedish - SEK including VAT (25%) and applies to Sweden. We now also offer payments in DKK, EUR - including VAT. Freight and handling fees may be charged. Crystalline Sweden reserve for any mistakes, such as price information, stock balance, etc. which can be stated in the online store.

This policy describes how Crystalline Sweden (Crystalline Sweden AB, organization number 559006-3839) handles your personal information. With this Privacy policy we want to ensure that your personal information is processed according to current privacy laws so that you can feel confident when you submit your company and personal information to us. 

We collect information from you when you order products or services through our online store, contact us via contact form, signing up for our newsletter or signing up for a Crystalline membership. The collected information when ordering products or services includes your name, e-mail address, phone number, company organization number and address details of the company. When registering for newsletters or using contact form, we will save your e-mail address and name if it is stated.

Through our partner Klarna we offer you as a business customer, retailer or affliated contract customer the payment option invoice - 30 days net.

You type in your company information, the same way that they are registered at Bolagsverket/ the Swedish Companies Registration Office. (Tip!
